Typical Self-Pay Rates:
- New Patient Visit: $250
- Provider Exam
- Full Lab Panel (CBC, CMP, A1C, Lipids)
- B12 or Vitamin C Injection
- Follow-Up Telehealth Visit (within 30 days)
- Follow-Up Visit: $99 – ask about our membership
- Lab Testing: Transparent, discounted lab pricing available upon request
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards.
